11 & Up   Arrive by: 1:30 pm Warm Up: 1:45- 2:00 pm (Lanes 4 & 5)

CLASSICS (All Ages) Sunday, July 13 at Westside Aquatic Center

Arrive by: 12:45pm  Warm Up: 1:00- 1:15 pm (Lanes 3&4)

Meet Start: 1:30 pm

CLASSICS WRISTBANDS are required to enter the pool deck for Classics only. Each swimmer in an individual event will get 2 and relay only swimmers get 1 wristband to give to family members (these will be distributed at the practice at Westside Aquatic Center). Volunteers will be given a wristband but will need to share it if they are splitting the session. Tent parents do not get a wristband, but their name tag will allow them to enter a viewing area for tent parents at the end of the pool.

• TEAM WARM UPS: Please arrive by 4:30 for warm up from 4:45 – 5:15pm.
• OFFICIALS: Report at 5:15 pm. First-half officials report on deck. Please review the attached volunteer assignments! All questions regarding volunteer assignments should be directed to Rebecca Foss ([email protected]), Hannah Martin ([email protected]), or Kelly Welch ([email protected])..

• MEET START: 5:30pm.
• PARKING: Please feel free to park in the paved lot and along neighborhood streets as designated by signage. Please observe all no parking signs.
• SWIMMER DROP OFF:  Swimmers can be dropped off at the first roundabout before going to park.
• SWIMMER AREA: Is located in the courtyard behind the pool (next to deep end of the pool). 
• SPECTATORS: All spectators will enter the pool deck at the main entrance. There will be roped off areas that everyone will need to stay within.
• CONCESSIONS:  Spectators and swimmers may enter concessions through the back door of the clubhouse. We will accept both cash and credit card. Concessions this week will be BBQ, mac n cheese, nachos and walking tacos
• SEVERE WEATHER PLAN: In the event of severe weather, we will follow SAIL’s Severe Weather Policy. If we clear the deck, everyone will be asked to return to their cars. We will email/text you when swimmers can return to the pool area. (Be sure to enable the SwimTopia text alerts)
• SWIMMER ENTRIES: There are no deck changes to a swimmer's events. A swimmer may only scratch. Relays are computer generated based on the fastest times. Please notify Coach Cameron ([email protected]) if your swimmer will miss an event or cannot participate in their assigned relay.

• HEAT SHEETS: Heat sheets will not be available for purchase at the meet! Please save the heat sheet to your device, use the SwimTopia App or print a copy prior to the meet.
