HOW TO REGISTER FOR JOBS AND EVENTS AT A SWIM MEET

1. Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
2. If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
3. Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Team Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.

Job Signup

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup. PLEASE NOTIFY THE VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO VOLUNTEER.  THEY WILL EXPECT A NAME OF SOMEONE TO TAKE YOUR PLACE.
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.
• NOTE:  Failure to click “SAVE ASSIGNMENTS” will lose your choices.
• Most volunteer positions are for 1/2 of the meet. Some volunteer position will be restricted based on completion of classroom or online training.
• Your swimmer will be restricted from participating in a swim meet if one adult is not volunteering at that meet.

Swimmer Signup

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
• For EACH of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

  • Attending
  • Not Attending
• Meet declaration is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.  Your swimmer will not participate in a meet if you fail to declare intent by the meet deadline of the Saturday before the swim meet at midnight.
• Select the appropriate events from the list shown. If a prompt comes up that asks if you have received coach’s approval, make sure you get that approval on deck or via email.
• Swimmers should choose up to three events: Short Freestyle, Individual Medley, Breaststroke, Long Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly
• Coaches may enter swimmers into additional events or may switch a swimmers events if needed.  Every effort will be made to notify swimmers prior to the swim meet.
• Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options (if offered). Relays are not selected by individual swimmers! Relays will be generated by fastest times and available swimmers per age group.
• Failure to click “SAVE ASSIGNMENTS” will lose your choices.
