    2026 McCarter at SFST
    Spaulding Farm Swim Team
    Start: 5:30 PM
    • TEAM WARM-UPS: Please arrive at 4:00 pm for warm-ups from 4:15 - 4:45 pm
    • OFFICIALS: Report at 5:15pm. All officials (first and second half) report on the start end of the pool by Lane 1 at 5:15. Please review the attached volunteer assignments! VOLUNTEERS: Report at 5:15 pm. First-half volunteers & timers report to the table by the turn end of the pool near the gym. Review the attached volunteer assignments! All questions regarding Officials and Volunteer assignments should be directed to Rebecca Foss ([email protected]), Hannah Martin ([email protected]) or Lindsay Adams ([email protected])
    • MEET START: 5:30pm
    • PARKING: Please note, our pool parking lot is reserved for the visiting team and officials. Please park on Northbrook Way or Block House Road on the sidewalk side of the street. Please observe the “No Parking” signs. If you do not have a handicap parking pass please do not park in handicap parking! There is a swimmer drop off area that can be used for drop off.
    • SWIMMER AREA: SFST will set up by the cabana (dive pool). As a reminder, our tent parents are not responsible for swimmers during the meet. Their job is to line up and report swimmers to the Clerk of Course.
    • CONCESSIONS: There will be cheese and pepperoni pizza, chick-fil-a, hamburgers, and hot dogs available for purchase. There will be plenty of chips, candy, fruit and drinks to purchase as well. Cash, Credit, and Venmo are accepted. There is a 3% charge for using credit card. If paying in cash exact change is greatly appreciated!
    • SEVERE WEATHER PLAN: We will not cancel the meet ahead of our scheduled meet time! In the event of severe weather, you will be asked to clear the pool deck and return to your car or home. We will send notifications via the SwimTopia App and email to keep everyone up to date.
    • SWIMMER ENTRIES: There are no deck changes to a swimmer's events. A swimmer may only scratch. Relays are computer generated based on the fastest times. Please notify Coach Levi if your swimmer will miss an event or cannot participate in their assigned relay.
    • HEAT SHEETS: Will be sent in a later email. Please save the heat sheet to your device, use the SwimTopia App or print a copy prior to the meet.

    Please remember the SAIL Code of Conduct; smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all SAIL swim meets.

    During practice, we'll hold a mock meet for swimmers to familiarize them with the setup and experience. This also gives us a chance to test all equipment before the first official meet.  Mock Meets will happen during normal afternoon practice times.

    SFST Kickoff Party!

    Please join us for our Swim Team Kickoff Party. PLEASE PREPAY under "Team Store" so have enough food!  The Men's Grill Team will be grilling for us and DJ DRADDY will be back mixing up some fun tunes!!!

    Prepay cost is $8/per person with a $40/family cap.  Or pay at door cost is $10/person with a $50 family cap. 

    We will have raffle baskets again this year. We cannot do this fun event without help from our families! Please sign up to donate a basket!  You will receive 10 raffle tickets for each basket that you donate!

    Spaulding Farm welcomes all neighborhood kids age 4-18 to join our summer swim team! It's a great way to see friends over the summer, enjoy fun swim team parties and socials, and stay in shape for fall sports. Every child who can swim the width of the pool is encouraged to join in on the fun. 

    This is a drop-in style event, so come anytime between 4-6PM!

    • We will have sample suits available to try out.  We will be using our same suits as last season.  
    • There will be a Team Apparel and Merchandise booth to help you order your SFST swag!
    • Sign up to help with our Kick Off Party on Friday, May 8 from 6-8pm.  
    • Last, but certainly not least, our 2026 Coaches will be present to dish out some ice cream!

    NEW TO SWIM TEAM? We will host a New Parent information session at 2pm to help answer any questions you might have prior to registration.

    C&C Celebration

    Let's celebrate all of our C&C swimmers with a pizza party!  We will order the pizzas so please let us know how many from your family will attend so that we may plan accordingly.  Families responsible for their own drinks.

    2025 SAIL Classics
    Westside Aquatic Center
    Start: 1:30 PM

    This is a qualifying meet.

    Your swimmer must participate in Divisionals to be eligible to participate.

    The results from the six divisional meets are combined as if it were one meet to identify the fastest swimmers in each event and age group out of all of the SAIL teams. These top 40 swimmers in each event and age group then compete in a county-wide meet: Classics (top 16 swimmers) and Championships (next fastest 24 swimmers). The 16 fastest team relays also compete in Classics (top 8) and Championships (next 8 fastest relays).
