    Spaulding Farm welcomes all neighborhood kids age 4-18 to join our summer swim team! It's a great way to see friends over the summer, enjoy fun swim team parties and socials, and stay in shape for fall sports. Every child who can swim the width of the pool is encouraged to join in on the fun. 

    This is a drop-in style event, so come anytime between 4-6PM!

    • We will have sample suits available to try out.  We will be using our same suits as last season.  
    • There will be a Team Apparel and Merchandise booth to help you order your SFST swag!
    • Sign up to help with our Kick Off Party on Friday, May 8 from 6-8pm.  
    • Last, but certainly not least, our 2026 Coaches will be present to dish out some ice cream!

    NEW TO SWIM TEAM? We will host a New Parent information session at 2pm to help answer any questions you might have prior to registration.

    Let's celebrate all of our C&C swimmers with a pizza party!  We will order the pizzas so please let us know how many from your family will attend so that we may plan accordingly.  Families responsible for their own drinks.

    2025 SAIL Classics

    This is a qualifying meet.

    Your swimmer must participate in Divisionals to be eligible to participate.

    The results from the six divisional meets are combined as if it were one meet to identify the fastest swimmers in each event and age group out of all of the SAIL teams. These top 40 swimmers in each event and age group then compete in a county-wide meet: Classics (top 16 swimmers) and Championships (next fastest 24 swimmers). The 16 fastest team relays also compete in Classics (top 8) and Championships (next 8 fastest relays).

    PARKING- If the Westside Aquatic Center parking lot is full, please park at Alexander Elementary School. There will be shuttles to take you to the meet. DO NOT PARK in the church parking lot either day- YOU WILL BE TOWED!

    TENT Map will be attached once finalized. We are in the Purple Division area in the parking lot.

    CLASSICS WRISTBANDS are required to enter the pool deck for Classics only. Each swimmer in an individual event will get 2 and relay only swimmers get 1 wristband to give to family members (these will be distributed at the practice at Westside Aquatic Center). Volunteers will be given a wristband but will need to share it if they are splitting the session. Tent parents do not get a wristband, but their name tag will allow them to enter a viewing area for tent parents at the end of the pool.

    PURPLE DIVISION MEET

    Meet starts: 4:00 PM Arrive by: 2:45 PM Warm-up: 3:00-3:18 PM

    Volunteer Check-In: 3:15 pm

    Saturday, June 28th: 10 & Under swimmers

    Meet Starts: 9:30 am      Arrive by: 7:35 am   Warm up: 7:50- 8:08am

    Volunteer Check In: 8:45 am

    (If the meet has a rain delay it will be completed on Saturday afternoon)

    • PARKING: Golf Carts may be parked in the grass by the playground, but must not block the walkway.  All cars must park in the field across from the pool using the Hwy 14 entrance.  Only those with a parking pass will be allowed to park in our parking lot.  Please do not park in the street! 
    • SWIMMER DROP OFF: Swimmers can be dropped off by the gym
    • SWIMMER AREA: Is located in the field by the tennis courts for all teams.
    • SPECTATORS: All spectators will enter the pool deck at the main entrance. There will be roped off areas that everyone will need to stay within.
    • CONCESSIONS: Will be by the clubhouse.  Menus for each day are attached below.
    • SEVERE WEATHER PLAN: In the event of severe weather, we will follow SAIL’s Severe Weather Policy. If we clear the deck, everyone will be asked to return to their cars. We will email/text you when swimmers can return to the pool area. (Be sure to enable the SwimTopia text alerts)
    • SWIMMER ENTRIES: There are no deck changes to a swimmer's events. A swimmer may only scratch. Relays are computer generated based on the fastest times and there is only an A relay for this meet. Please notify Coach Cameron ([email protected]) if your swimmer will miss an event or cannot participate in their assigned relay.
    • HEAT SHEETS: Heat sheets will not be available for purchase at the meet! Please save the heat sheet to your device, use the SwimTopia App or print a copy prior to the meet.
    • RESULTS: Results will be posted on the board by swimmer of the week.  They can also be followed on the Swimtopia app or the Time Drops Live app.

    To be eligible to swim in Divisionals the swimmer must have swum in 2 dual meets during the season.

    Your swimmer must participate in Divisionals to be eligible to participate Championships and Classics. Parents will select 3 individual events for each swimmer, but coaches have final discretion for Divisional events and will discuss any changes from your election with your swimmer.

    We are only allowed to enter an "A" relay unlike dual meets and these entries are computer-generated based on the fastest times.
