Tue Jun 17 2025	AquaZone at Lake Hartwell 1600 Ashbury Park Road, Anderson, SC 29625 Start: 3:00 PM End: 5:00 PM Team outing to Lake Hartwell's inflatable water obstacle course. Families are required to provide their own transportation. Please RSVP by June 12th so we can provide them with a head count for accurate life guards to be present. All family members (even non-swim team members) can participate! Fri Jun 13 2025	Team Outing - How to Train Your Dragon Movie Regal Cinema - 1029 Woodruff Road Start: 4:00 PM End: 6:30 PM All Stallions are invited to join their team at Regal Cinemas for the 4:15pm showing of "How to Train Your Dragon!" You MUST PURCHASE your own tickets through Regal. This is opening weekend, so make sure and purchase SOON! Families must provide transportation and are respnisble for their swimmers. This is not a drop off event.

Thu Jun 12 2025	2025 SFST 6/12/25 Meet SFST Pool Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:15 PM TEAM WARM-UPS: Please arrive at 5:00 pm for warm-ups from 5:15 - 5:45 pm OFFICIALS: Report at 5:45pm. *All officials (first and second half) report on the start end of the pool by Lane 1 at 5:45.* Please review the attached volunteer assignments! VOLUNTEERS: Report at 5:45 pm. First-half volunteers & timers report to the table by Lane 6. Review the attached volunteer assignments! MEET START: 6:00pm PARKING: Our team may park in the parking lot for this meet. Please park on Northbrook Way or Block House Road on the sidewalk side of the street. Please observe the “No Parking” signs. If you do not have a handicap parking pass please do not park in handicap parking! SWIMMER AREA: SFST will set up by the cabana (dive pool) this year. As a reminder, our tent parents are not responsible for swimmers during the meet. Their job is to line up and report swimmers to the Clerk of Course. CONCESSIONS: There will be cheese and pepperoni pizza, chick-fil-a only at this meet. NO DRINKS or SNACKS will be available for purchase so please bring your own if you would like them. Cash and venmo are accepted. If paying in cash exact change is greatly appreciated! SEVERE WEATHER PLAN: We will not cancel the meet ahead of our scheduled meet time! In the event of severe weather, you will be asked to clear the pool deck and return to your car or home. We will send notifications via the SwimTopia App and email to keep everyone up to date. SWIMMER ENTRIES: There are no deck changes to a swimmer's events. A swimmer may only scratch. Relays are computer generated based on the fastest times. Please notify Coach Cameron ([email protected]) if your swimmer will miss an event or cannot participate in their assigned relay. HEAT SHEETS: Heat sheets will not be available for purchase at the meet! Please save the heat sheet to your device, use the Time Drops Live! Mon Jun 9 2025	Discovery Island Waterpark Start: 5:45 PM End: 7:45 PM The waterpark has been reserved and will be open to SFST and RMEA families only. Come join the fun! Cost is $8 per participant if paid in advance and $10 (cash or check) if paid at Discovery Island. Online sales will close at 3pm on the 9th. 3 & Under is Free! Adults that are only observing and not participating are also free. Maximum cost per family is $50.
