OPTIONAL: June 11-15, 12:00- 1:00 pm each day Stroke clinic provided for those swimmers that would like extra instruction. One stroke covered each day of the week along with diving, turns and underwater instruction. $10 per swimmer per day or $40 for the entire week. Cash or Checks payable to SFST and can be turned into coaches. MONDAY: Butterfly TUESDAY: Back WEDNESDAY: Breast Stroke THURSDAY: Freestyle FRIDAY: Starts, Finishes, and IM Swimmers may attend any or all of the days. |

SFST Friday Doughnuts (Big Team)

Douhgnuts are served each Friday following a big team swim meet. Coaches will pass out ribbons and awards during this time. Volunteers are needed to preorder the doughnuts prior to Friday's practice and pick them up from the Krispy Kreme on Woodruff Road. Once doughnuts are delivered, we will need help passing out the doughnuts and drinks to the swimmers. Napkins and cups will be purchased at the beginning of the season and are stored at the pool. Confirm order with Krispie Kreme ahead of time! |

Join the Spaulding Farm Swim Team along with Woody Creek and Sugar Creek for an evening of fun at Discovery Island Water Park. This event is closed to the public. Our swim teams will have the entire water park to ourselves! $10 admission for each child that would like to attend. Friends and siblings of swim team members are welcome to attend! Parents and chaperones are free. Please pay at the SFST designated sign! |
