SFST Friday Doughnuts (Big Team)
SFST Pool Cabana
Start: 9:00 AM
End: 11:00 AM
Douhgnuts are served each Friday following a big team swim meet. Coaches will pass out ribbons and awards during this time. Volunteers are needed to preorder the doughnuts prior to Friday's practice and pick them up from the Krispy Kreme on Woodruff Road. Once doughnuts are delivered, we will need help passing out the doughnuts and drinks to the swimmers. Napkins and cups will be purchased at the beginning of the season and are stored at the pool. Confirm order with Krispie Kreme ahead of time! |

Start: 5:30 PM
Please arrive at Spaulding Farm Pool by 4:00 pm. Warm-ups begin at 4:15 pm. First Half Volunteers please be on deck by 5:15 pm for a 5:30 meet start. PARKING: Please remember that our pool parking lot is reserved for the visiting team and officials. Please park on Northbrook Way or Blockhouse Road on the sidewalk side of the street. Severe Weather Plan: In the event of severe weather, everyone will be asked to return to their cars (or home). In order to be up to date with weather related scheduling delays and cancellations, please sign up for RainedOut to receive automatic texts to your cell phone. Concessions: Thank you concessions for providing us with a great variety of options! We will have a full menu pf food and drinks to choose from. Please support our team concessions! |

Join the Spaulding Farm Swim Team and the rest of the SAIL community for an evening of fun at Flour Field at the West End. Admission to this event includes both games of the double header. Tickets are $8 per person and seats will be assigned by team. Meet at 6:00 pm at the Field Street gate for a pre-game parade. Tickets must be purchased by Friday, June 8th. Stroke Clinic (Big Team)

OPTIONAL: June 11-15, 12:00- 1:00 pm each day Stroke clinic provided for those swimmers that would like extra instruction. One stroke covered each day of the week along with diving, turns and underwater instruction. $10 per swimmer per day or $40 for the entire week. Cash or Checks payable to SFST and can be turned into coaches. MONDAY: Butterfly TUESDAY: Back WEDNESDAY: Breast Stroke THURSDAY: Freestyle FRIDAY: Starts, Finishes, and IM Swimmers may attend any or all of the days. |
