Intent to Swim Divisionals, Championships & Classics

Warm-up: 8:30 AM
This "meet" will serve as your Intent to Swim for Championships and Classics. If you are available to attend Divisionals, Championships, or Classics, please select YES. Next you will select each individual "event" that you are available to attend. (My child is available for Divisionals and Classics only. I will choose Event 1 and Event 3) We will be using this as the new "yes/no" sheet used in the past. If you are not available to attend Divisionals, please select NO. This will remove you from eligibility for Championships and Classics and no further action is required. |

Pasta Pump Up Party

Come join us for the Pasta Pump Up dinner next Thursday evening. Dinner will begin at 6pm and will be catered by Seasons Café and Catering, which includes the following for $11 per plate and includes the following: Pasta Bar with either alfredo or house marinara Assorted grilled veggies, parmesan cheese, grilled and marinated chicken breast, and meatballs Italian bread and butter Garden salad with assorted field greens, diced tomatoes and cucumbers, aged cheddar cheese and homemade croutons, ranch and Italian dressings Brownies All questions from SFST families can be directed to Julie at 412-215-9429 or [email protected]. |

Half of the fun for summer swimmers are all of the wonderful social events that occur throughout the season. Choose and coordinate an activity for the entire swim team to participate in, after Doughnuts and Ribbons (Most social events typically begin after 1:00 pm on Fridays) Examples of past events are movie outings, bowling, food trucks, trampoline parks, etc.. |

SFST Friday Doughnuts (Big Team)

Douhgnuts are served each Friday following a big team swim meet. Coaches will pass out ribbons and awards during this time. Volunteers are needed to preorder the doughnuts prior to Friday's practice and pick them up from the Krispy Kreme on Woodruff Road. Once doughnuts are delivered, we will need help passing out the doughnuts and drinks to the swimmers. Napkins and cups will be purchased at the beginning of the season and are stored at the pool. Confirm order with Krispie Kreme ahead of time! |

SFST Teens Summer Swing Dance

SFST Teens (rising high schoolers and older) are invited to meet up on Wednesday June 27th at Landmark Hall at 6:45pm. Bring $8 for a cover charge that includes a Swing Dance lesson by Upstate Swing. Lesson starts at 7pm and then the dancing begins at 8pm! For more information about swing dancing at Landmark Hall visit www.upstateswing.com. Please consider chaperoning this event!
