- TEAM WARM UPS: Please arrive by 3:30 for warm up from 3:45 – 4:15pm.
- OFFICIALS: Report at 4:15 pm. First-half officials report on deck. Please review the attached volunteer assignments! All questions regarding volunteer assignments should be directed to Elizabeth Faulkner ([email protected]) or Mona Cooper ([email protected]).

- MEET START: 4:30 pm
- PARKING: The lower lot near the pool will be blocked off as the swimmer tent area. The remaining parking lot(s) will be open for parking. We anticipate the lots filling up. Please park along Byrd Blvd once the lot is full, paying close attention to any posted "No Parking" signs.
- SWIMMER AREA: The team tent area will be on the designated area of the lower lot. The area does not get shade so SF will bring team tents.
- SWIMMER DROP-OFF: Swimmers will be dropped off at the entrance to the lower lot. It will be clearly marked.
- SPECTATOR VIEWING: PARENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE DECK. Only volunteers will be allowed on deck. Spectators will be allowed along the fence and grass area that surrounds the pool. Chairs are allowed around the fence and grass area.
- CONCESSIONS: A concession stand will be available from just before the start of the meet until near the end of the meet. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.
- SEVERE WEATHER PLAN: In the event of severe weather, we will follow SAIL’s Severe Weather Policy. If we clear the deck, everyone will be asked to return to their cars. We will email/text you when swimmers can return to the pool area. (Be sure to enable the SwimTopia text alerts)
- SWIMMER ENTRIES: There are no deck changes to a swimmer's events. A swimmer may only scratch. Relays are computer generated based on the fastest times. Please notify Coach Hunter if your swimmer will miss an event or cannot participate in their assigned relay.
- HEAT SHEETS: Heat sheets will not be available for purchase at the meet! Please save the heat sheet to your device, use the SwimTopia App or print a copy prior to the meet.

Teen Social- CPR and Pizza

SFST Teens Social- All swimmers ages 13 and up please join us for a poolside social after practice. We will have pizza and drinks- $5 cash. Swim team mom, Mrs. Dausen, will instruct the teens about CPR. "Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a lifesaving technique that's useful in many emergencies, such as a heart attack or near drowning, in which someone's breathing or heartbeat has stopped."( Mayo Clininc Website). - MEET START: 5:30pm
- PARKING: Please note, our pool parking lot is reserved for the visiting team and officials. Please park on Northbrook Way or Block House Road on the sidewalk side of the street. Please observe the “No Parking” signs. If you do not have a handicap parking pass please do not park in handicap parking! People were parked in those spots at the last meet that did not have handicap passes or plates, leaving no place for families that needed handicap parking. There is a swimmer drop off area that can be used for drop off.
- SWIMMER AREA: SFST sets up behind the main clubhouse. As a reminder, our tent parents are not responsible for swimmers during the meet. Their job is to line up and report swimmers to the Clerk of Course.
- CONCESSIONS: There will be Hungry Howie's cheese and pepperoni pizza, hamburgers, and hot dogs available for purchase. There will be plenty of chips, candy, fruit and drinks to purchase as well. Cash and credit card (3% service fee on credit card purchases) are accepted. If paying in cash exact change is greatly appreciated!

- TEAM WARM UPS: Please arrive by 4:30 for warm up from 4:45 – 5:15pm.
- OFFICIALS: Report at 5:15 pm. First-half officials report on deck. Please review the attached volunteer assignments! All questions regarding volunteer assignments should be directed to Elizabeth Faulkner ([email protected]) or Mona Cooper ([email protected]).

- MEET START: 5:30pm.
- PARKING: Once the parking lots are full, please follow these parking instructions:
- Park on the right-hand side of the street unless otherwise marked. Please do not park on both sides of the street.
- Do not park within 2 car lengths of a stop sign.
- Do not park across from a driveway blocking the residents from exiting.
- Do not park on grass.
- Do not park within 2 car lengths of an intersection.
- They will try to have some golf carts to transport families from their car to the pool.
- Police will patrol the neighborhood and the tow fee is $219.
- SWIMMER AREA: Follow the sidewalk on the left side of their clubhouse to the visiting team area. There is a cement pad and grass area in a shady area for your team where you may set up tents, etc. Please do not set up chairs on the concrete walkway.
- SPECTATORS: Spectators will not be allowed to set up chairs on the pool deck, however, we have plenty of space outside the pool fence for them to set up a space. We will have a spectator observation walk, where spectators can walk onto the pool deck during their swimmer’s events. We kindly ask that you watch your swimmer’s, then vacate the observation walk.
