• POOL ADDRESS: 424 Piney Grove Rd, Greenville, SC 29607
• TEAM WARM-UPS: Please arrive at 4:30 pm for warm-ups from 4:45 - 5:15 pm
• OFFICIALS: check in at 5 pm under the tennis pergola. First-half officials report  5:15 behind then the starter stand. Please volunteer assignments that will be attached prior to the meet and e-mailed to the team! All questions regarding volunteer assignments should be directed to Mona Cooper ([email protected]) or Rebecca Foss ([email protected]).
• VOLUNTEERS: Check in at 5 pm under the tennis pergola. First-half volunteers & timers report under the covered area behind the starting blocks. Review the volunteer assignments that will be attached and e-mailed prior to the meet! All questions regarding volunteer assignments should be directed to Mona Cooper ([email protected]) or Rebecca Foss ([email protected]).
• MEET START: 5:30pm
• PARKING: The pool parking lot is reserved for coaches and officials only. Please drop off swimmers in front of the pool area and park in the field across from the clubhouse. Parking is also available on one side of the road except where marked otherwise.
• SWIMMER AREA: Our  swimmer area is past the tennis courts across the bridge to the other side of the small creek. This area is behind the pool and the swimmers will enter for events through a gate located at the back of the pool and exit through the front gate near bathrooms. 
• CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be provided outside in front of the clubhouse. See attached for menu: Pizza, walking tacos, nachos, hot dogs, candy and drinks will be sold. Chick-fil-a sandwiches and 8 count nuggets also sold (while supplies last.) Payment accepted: Cash or Venmo @FW-Waverunners
• SEVERE WEATHER PLAN: We will not cancel the meet ahead of our scheduled meet time! In the event of severe weather, you will be asked to clear the pool deck and return to your car or home. We will send notifications via the SwimTopia App and email to keep everyone up to date.
• SWIMMER ENTRIES: There are no deck changes to a swimmer's events. A swimmer may only scratch. Relays are computer generated based on the fastest times. Please notify Coach Hunter if your swimmer will miss an event or cannot participate in their assigned relay.
• HEAT SHEETS: Heat sheets will not be available for purchase at the meet! Please save the heat sheet to your device, use the SwimTopia App or print a copy prior to the meet.
