Thu Jun 9 2022	Thornblade @ Spaulding Farm SF Start: 5:30 PM Warm-up: 4:15 PM TEAM WARM-UPS: Please arrive at 4:00 pm for warm-ups from 4:15 - 4:45 pm OFFICIALS: Report at 5:15 pm. First-half officials report on the start end of the pool by Lane 1. Please review the attached volunteer assignments! All questions regarding volunteer assignments should be directed to Elizabeth Faulkner ([email protected]) or Mona Cooper ([email protected]). VOLUNTEERS: Report at 5:15 pm. First-half volunteers & timers report to the table by Lane 6. Review the attached volunteer assignments! All questions regarding volunteer assignments should be directed to Elizabeth Faulkner ([email protected]) or Mona Cooper ([email protected]). MEET START: 5:30pm PARKING: Please note, our pool parking lot is reserved for the visiting team and officials. Please park on Northbrook Way or Block House Road on the sidewalk side of the street. Please observe the “No Parking” signs. SWIMMER AREA: SFST sets up behind the main clubhouse. As a reminder, our tent parents are not responsible for swimmers during the meet, young children must be supervised at all times. Their job is to line up and report swimmers to the Clerk of Course. If swimmers are not in the tent area when their event is called, it is not the tent parent's responsibility to search for them. Please make sure your swimmers are present when their event is called. CONCESSIONS: There will be Chick-fil-A sandwiches and nuggets and Hungry Howie's cheese and pepperoni pizza available for purchase if you did not pre-order through the Swimtopia website. There will be plenty of chips, candy, fruit and drinks to purchase as well. Cash and credit card (3% service fee on credit card purchases) are accepted. If paying in cash exact change is greatly appreciated! SEVERE WEATHER PLAN: We will not cancel the meet ahead of our scheduled meet time! In the event of severe weather, you will be asked to clear the pool deck and return to your car or home. We will send notifications via the SwimTopia App and email to keep everyone up to date. SWIMMER ENTRIES: There are no deck changes to a swimmer's events. A swimmer may only scratch. Relays are computer generated based on the fastest times. Please notify Coach Hunter if your swimmer will miss an event or cannot participate in their assigned relay. HEAT SHEETS: Heat sheets will not be available for purchase at the meet! Sun May 15 2022	SFST Kick Off Party 2022 Spaulding Farm Pool and Cabana Start: 5:30 PM End: 7:30 PM The Stallions' Swim Season is here!! You are invited to the pool for food, fun, music and our exciting raffle baskets as we kick off the 2022 summer swim team. RAFFLE: A SFST favorite!! Please consider donating a basket for our raffle. Tickets for the raffle are $1 each. Drop off donated raffle baskets to Kerra McAdams before May 13 at 6 Old Tyler Court. Basket information: Make one yourself or go in with a neighbor. Baskets will be wrapped in cellophane before the raffle to keep all items together. The more baskets, the more the kids win and they LOVE it! Dog Basket- a collar, dog shampoo, cute food bowl, a couple toys, bag of treats etc. in a plastic bin from Dollar Tree Gardening Basket- seeds, watering can, garden tools, a cute bin to store the tools, spray bottle. Pool Fun Basket- swim towel, a few pool toys, a bottle of sunscreen, goggles all in a mesh pool bag. *Sign up under the JOB SIGNUP tab above to donate a basket or volunteer for this event!* Call or text Kerra McAdams for more information at 615-715-2562. It's a great way to see friends over the summer, enjoy fun swim team parties and socials, and stay in shape for fall sports. Every child who can swim the width of the pool is encouraged to join in on the fun. NEW TO SWIM TEAM? We will host a New Parent information session from 2:00-3:00 to help answer any questions you might have prior to registration on the 3rd.
