The waterpark has been reserved and will be open to SFST and RMEA families only. Come join the fun! Cost is $8 per participant if paid in advance (SFST Team Store) and $10 (cash or check) if paid at Discovery Island. Online sales will close at 4pm on the 19th. 3 & Under is Free! Adults that are only observing and not participating are also free. Maximum cost per family is $50. If interested in participating in the flow rider at Discovery Island please fill out one waiver per participant prior to arriving to help save time. There will be waivers available at the park if you do not bring one. A list of available concessions for our group is attached below.

2023 RMEA at SFST

Warm-up: 4:15 PM
- TEAM WARM-UPS: Please arrive at 4:00 pm for warm-ups from 4:15 - 4:45 pm
- OFFICIALS: Report at 5:15 pm. First-half officials report on the start end of the pool by Lane 1. Please review the attached volunteer assignments! All questions regarding volunteer assignments should be directed to Mona Cooper ([email protected]) or Rebecca Foss ([email protected]).
- VOLUNTEERS: Report at 5:15 pm. First-half volunteers & timers report to the table by Lane 6. Review the attached volunteer assignments! All questions regarding volunteer assignments should be directed to Mona Cooper ([email protected]) or Rebecca Foss ([email protected]).
- MEET START: 5:30pm
- PARKING: Please note, our pool parking lot is reserved for the visiting team and officials. Please park on Northbrook Way or Block House Road on the sidewalk side of the street. Please observe the “No Parking” signs. If you do not have a handicap parking pass please do not park in handicap parking! People were parked in those spots at the last meet that did not have handicap passes or plates, leaving no place for families that needed handicap parking. There is a swimmer drop off area that can be used for drop off.
- SWIMMER AREA: SFST sets up behind the main clubhouse. As a reminder, our tent parents are not responsible for swimmers during the meet. Their job is to line up and report swimmers to the Clerk of Course.
- CONCESSIONS: There will be cheese and pepperoni pizza, hamburgers, and hot dogs available for purchase. There will be plenty of chips, candy, fruit and drinks to purchase as well. Cash and credit card (3% service fee on credit card purchases) are accepted. If paying in cash exact change is greatly appreciated!
- SEVERE WEATHER PLAN: We will not cancel the meet ahead of our scheduled meet time! In the event of severe weather, you will be asked to clear the pool deck and return to your car or home. We will send notifications via the SwimTopia App and email to keep everyone up to date.
- SWIMMER ENTRIES: There are no deck changes to a swimmer's events. A swimmer may only scratch. Relays are computer generated based on the fastest times. Please notify Coach Hunter if your swimmer will miss an event or cannot participate in their assigned relay.
- HEAT SHEETS: Heat sheets will not be available for purchase at the meet! Please save the heat sheet to your device, use the SwimTopia App or print a copy prior to the meet.
Please remember the SAIL Code of Conduct; smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all SAIL swim meets.

Elementary School Activity: Game Night

Elementary School Activity: All rising K5 through 5th graders are invited to a Game Night! Bring your favorite board games and we'll have some dry land fun! Grab dinner from the food truck and meet us on the patio near the clubhouse at 5:15pm right after the 9-10 practice. We'll play a big game of keepy uppy (Bluey fans know all about this one) and have some popsicles. Please RSVP through Swimtopia so we can plan accordingly. *Any middle schooler that needs service hours, we'd love to have your help! Rising 6th, 7th, and 8th graders will enjoy mini golf with glow golf balls after dusk to get the GLOW effect! Kids will need transportation to and from Takeoff Mini Golf: 28 Airport Road Extension, Greenville. - Price is $13/kid (10% discount will be applied if 25+ kids attend)
- Shaved ice available for purchase $4
- Please plan to pay for admission and snacks with CASH

LET'S ROLL, STALLIONS! Join your team to kick off summer swim with some roller skating fun! Our skate time starts at 5:00pm at Roller Sports Skating Rink in Taylors. Swimmers will need transportation to/from the roller skating rink. Families are welcome to stay and skate also. Concession stand will be open during skating and accept CASH only. Cost per skater depends on number of people skating:
- Under 30 skaters - $10/person
- The more people that sign up the price will go down.
- Final cost will be communicated after RSVP window closes. Pre-pay through Swimtopia.
