Please join us for our Swim Team Kickoff Party. It's FRIDAY night party! Please RSVP by Wednesday, May 7th! The Men's Grill Team will be grilling for us and DJ DRADDY will be back mixing up some fun tunes!!! We will have raffle baskets again this year. We cannot do this fun event without help from our families! Please sign up to donate a basket! You will receive 10 raffle tickets for each basket that you donate! |

Spaulding Farm welcomes all neighborhood kids age 4-18 to join our summer swim team! It's a great way to see friends over the summer, enjoy fun swim team parties and socials, and stay in shape for fall sports. Every child who can swim the width of the pool is encouraged to join in on the fun. This is a drop-in style event, so come anytime between 4-6PM!
NEW TO SWIM TEAM? We will host a New Parent information session from 2:00-3:00 to help answer any questions you might have prior to registration. |

2024 SAIL Classics
Westside Aquatic Center
Start: 1:30 PM
This is a qualifying meet. Your swimmer must participate in Divisionals to be eligible to participate. The results from the six divisional meets are combined as if it were one meet to identify the fastest swimmers in each event and age group out of all of the SAIL teams. These top 40 swimmers in each event and age group then compete in a county-wide meet: Classics (top 16 swimmers) and Championships (next fastest 24 swimmers). The 16 fastest team relays also compete in Classics (top 8) and Championships (next 8 fastest relays). |

There will be shuttles to take you to the meet. DO NOT PARK in the church parking lot either day- YOU WILL BE TOWED! TENT Please review the attached map. We are in the White Division area in the parking lot. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CHAMPIONSHIPS Saturday, July 13 at Westside Aquatic Center 10 & Under Warm Up: (arrive by 7:30) 7:45-8:00 am (Lanes 3&4) Meet Start: 9:00 am 11 & Up Warm Up: (arrive by 1:15pm) 1:30-1:45 pm (Lanes 7&8) Meet Start: 2:30 pm ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CLASSICS (All Ages) Sunday, July 14 at Westside Aquatic Center Warm Up: (arrive by 12:15am) 12:30-12:45pm (Lanes 4,5,6) Meet Start: 1:30 pm CLASSICS WRISTBANDS are required to enter the pool deck for Classics only. Each swimmer in an individual event will get 2 and relay only swimmers get 1 wristband to give to family members (these will be distributed at the practice at Westside Aquatic Center). Volunteers will be given a wristband but will need to share it if they are splitting the session. Tent parents do not get a wristband, but their name tag will allow them to enter a viewing area for tent parents at the end of the pool. |

WHITE DIVISION MEET
Spaulding Farm Swim Team

White Division Swim Meet @ Spaulding Farm Friday, June 28th: 11 & Up swimmers - 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Warm-ups from 2:00-2:18 pm, Volunteer Check-In at 3:15 pm) Saturday, June 29th: 10 & Under swimmers - 9:30 am - 1:00 pm (Warm-Ups from 8:10-8:28 am, Volunteer Check-In at 8:45 am) (If the meet has a rain delay it will be completed on Saturday afternoon) To be eligible to swim in Divisionals the swimmer must have swum in 2 dual meets during the season. Your swimmer must participate in Divisionals to be eligible to participate Championships and Classics. Parents will select 3 individual events for each swimmer, but coaches have final discretion for Divisional events and will discuss any changes from your election with your swimmer. We are only allowed to enter an "A" relay unlike dual meets and these entries are computer-generated based on the fastest times. The results from the six divisional meets are combined as if it were one meet to identify the fastest swimmers in each event and age group out of all of the SAIL teams. These top 40 swimmers in each event and age group then compete in a county-wide meet: Classics (top 16 swimmers) and Championships (next fastest 24 swimmers) the weekend after Divisionals.
