• POOL ADDRESS: 198 McCarter Avenue,Greenville, SC 29615.
• TEAM WARM-UPS: Please arrive at 4:30 pm for warm-ups from 4:45 - 5:15 pm
• MEET START: 5:30pm
• SWIMMER DROP OFF: Swimmer drop off will occur at the entrance of our driveway and then families can park in our grass lot and along the right sides of the nearby streets.
• PARKING: Parking is available in the grassy lot at the entrance to the pool and along the neighborhood streets right around the pool entrance. McCarter and Sweetbriar both branch off at the pool entrance. Fern Creek is a dead end off of Sweetbriar that is another option. On all streets, please park on the right side of the street only and do not park in front of stop signs, No Parking signs, or driveways.
• OFFICIALS: check in at 5:05 pm at the building across from the blocks. First-half officials report 5:15 behind then the start blocks. Please volunteer assignments that will be attached prior to the meet and e-mailed to the team! All questions regarding volunteer assignments should be directed to Hannah Martin ([email protected]) or Rebecca Foss ([email protected]).
• VOLUNTEERS: Check in by 5:05 pm. Volunteer check is located towards the end of our building across from the blocks. First half timers meet behind the dive blocks at 5:15. Second Half volunteers should be ready at Event 38.
  Review the volunteer assignments that will be attached and e-mailed prior to the meet! All questions regarding volunteer assignments should be directed to Hannah Martin ([email protected]) or Rebecca Foss ([email protected]).
• SWIMMER AREA: Our swimmer area will be on our tennis courts by the pool (in the corner near the gate and parking area). Please bring chairs for your swimmers.
• CONCESSIONS: Concessions in the parking lot near the pool gate. They will accept cash or Venmo. 
• SEVERE WEATHER PLAN: We will not cancel the meet ahead of our scheduled meet time! In the event of severe weather, you will be asked to clear the pool deck and return to your car or home. We will send notifications via the SwimTopia App and email to keep everyone up to date.
• SWIMMER ENTRIES: There are no deck changes to a swimmer's events. A swimmer may only scratch. Relays are computer generated based on the fastest times. Please notify Coach Cameron if your swimmer will miss an event or cannot participate in their assigned relay.
• HEAT SHEETS:  Please use the SwimTopia App for the most up to date version of event and lane assignments or print a copy of the posted heat sheets prior to the meet.  But please be aware that if you print a heat sheet there may be changes to relays or lane/heat assignements due to scratches that have occurred since we received the heat sheets.

• MEET START: 5:30pm
• PARKING: Please note, our pool parking lot is reserved for the visiting team and officials. Please park on Northbrook Way or Block House Road on the sidewalk side of the street. Please observe the “No Parking” signs. If you do not have a handicap parking pass please do not park in handicap parking! People were parked in those spots at the last meet that did not have handicap passes or plates, leaving no place for families that needed handicap parking. There is a swimmer drop off area that can be used for drop off.
• SWIMMER AREA: SFST sets up behind the main clubhouse. As a reminder, our tent parents are not responsible for swimmers during the meet. Their job is to line up and report swimmers to the Clerk of Course.
• CONCESSIONS: There will be cheese and pepperoni pizza, chick-fil-a, hamburgers, and hot dogs available for purchase. There will be plenty of chips, candy, fruit and drinks to purchase as well. Cash and credit card (3% service fee on credit card purchases) are accepted. If paying in cash exact change is greatly appreciated!
