TEAM WARM-UPS: Please arrive at 4:00 pm for warm-ups from 4:15 - 4:45 pm MEET START: 5:30pm OFFICIALS: Report at 5:15 pm. First-half officials report under the tree near the starter (Lane 1). Please review the attached volunteer assignments! All questions regarding volunteer assignments should be directed to Kelly Welch ([email protected]) or Emily Simril ([email protected]). PARKING: Please remember that our pool parking lot is reserved for the visiting team and officials. Please park on Northbrook Way or Blockhouse Road on the sidewalk side of the street. Please observe the “no parking” signs. SWIMMER AREA: SFST sets up behind the main clubhouse. As a reminder, our tent parents are not responsible for swimmers during the meet. Their job is to line up and report swimmers to the Clerk of Course. CONCESSIONS: Thank you concessions for providing us with a great variety of options! We’ll have a full menu of grilled hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, pizza, snacks, desserts, SEVERE WEATHER PLAN: We will not cancel the meet ahead of our scheduled meet time! In the event of severe SWIMMER ENTRIES: There are no deck changes to a swimmer's events. A swimmer may only scratch. Relays are computer generated based on the fastest times. Coaches will notify the swimmers that are participating in the mixed age relay tomorrow during warm-ups. Please notify Coach Margaret if your swimmer will miss an event or can not participate in their assigned relay. HEAT SHEETS: Heat sheets will not be available for purchase at the meet! Please save the A final reminder as we host our first SAIL meet, please remember the SAIL Code of Conduct for all swim meets; smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all SAIL swim meets. |

VOLUNTEERS: SFST volunteer table will be to the left of the main gate to the pool to check-in and coordinate your volunteers. Records, ribbons, and computer operators will be set-up inside the clubhouse. POOL DIRECTIONS: Please read the following information provided by Stonehaven: Highway 14, Left onto Woodruff Road. Pass Advent United Methodist (on right), Turn Right onto Cooper Dairy Road (Stonehaven Subdivision), Pass First Pool Entrance (EXIT ONLY), Turn Left onto Millstone Way, Take Immediate Left into Pool Entrance, Park or Drop Off, Exit Right onto Cooper Dairy Road (REFER TO ATTACHED MAP) Stonehaven Pool (The pool is to the left of the entrance as you pull into the neighborhood) 5 Cooper Dairy Road, Simpsonville, SC 29681 PARKING: Please read the following information provided by Stonehaven. "There are limited spaces in the parking lot in front of the pool. The pool parking lot will be reserved for Spaulding Farm’s families. The pool parking lot has one handicap parking spot. Once the pool parking lot is full, swimmers and grandparents may be dropped off at the pool’s entrance, and then park at Advent United Methodist Church on Woodruff Road (2258 Woodruff Rd, Simpsonville, SC 29681). It is a short walk to the pool from Advent." SWIMMER AREA: Swimmers may sit on the grassy area behind the pool and fence. The visiting team sits closest to the pool, Stonehaven sits closer to the tennis courts. CONCESSIONS: The concession stand will be open for the evening and will have drinks, snacks, and dinner items available. It is a cash only concession stand. SEVERE WEATHER PLAN: In the event of severe weather, we will follow SAIL’s Severe Weather Policy. If we clear the deck, everyone will be asked to return to their cars. We will email/text you when swimmers can return to the pool area. (Be sure to subscribe to RainedOut). HEAT SHEETS: Heat sheets will be emailed to the team and posted on our Swimtopia site as soon as they are available. |

"Y-Spartaquatics Swim Club (YSSC) is a USA Swimming and National YMCA Swimming & Diving affiliated nonprofit, in South Carolina's "Upstate" region, which offers competitive aquatic programming for people of all ages and ability levels". The YSSC coaches will be attending our regularly scheduled practice and will be holding a clinic for all of the Spaulding Farm Swimmers. SFST Coaches will hold practice at our regularly scheduled time. Each age group will have 30 minutes of training time with the YSSC Coaches. Practice Schedule 10 & Under: 4:00 - 4:30 Normal Practice with SFST Coaches, 4:30 - 5:00 pm YSSC Clinic 11 & Up: 5:00 - 5:30 pm YSSC Clinic, 5:30 - 6:00 pm Normal Practice with SFST Coaches |
