The Stallions' Swim Season is here!! You are invited to the pool for food, fun, music and our exciting raffle baskets as we kick off the 2021 summer swim team. RAFFLE: A SFST favorite!! Please consider donating a basket for our raffle. Tickets for the raffle are $1 each. Drop off donated raffle baskets to Kerra McAdams before May 10 at 6 Old Tyler Court. Basket information: Make one yourself or go in with a neighbor. Baskets will be wrapped in cellophane before the raffle to keep all items together. The more baskets, the more the kids win and they LOVE it! Dog Basket- a collar, dog shampoo, cute food bowl, a couple toys, bag of treats etc. in a plastic bin from Dollar Tree Gardening Basket- seeds, watering can, garden tools, a cute bin to store the tools, spray bottle. Pool Fun Basket- swim towel, a few pool toys, a bottle of sunscreen, goggles all in a mesh pool bag. Sign up under the JOB SIGNUP tab above to donate a basket or volunteer for this event! Warm-up: 4:45 PM
LOCATION: Virtual Meet at Spaulding Farm! Please do not drive to Orchard Farms! TEAM WARM-UPS: Please arrive by 4:30 for warm-ups from 4:45 – 5:15 pm. OFFICIALS/VOLUNTEERS: ALL volunteers report to the volunteer table under the trees near Lane 6 by 5:15 pm. First half officials and timers should meet under the trees near Lane 1 by 5:15 pm for a meeting with the Referee. (Volunteer assignments will be attached to each meet on our SFST Team Calendar). MEET START: 5:30 pm PARKING: Unlike typical seasons, SFST families MAY park in the pool parking lot. If the lot is full, please drop off swimmers and park on the side of neighborhood roads obeying all "no parking" signs. SWIMMER AREA: 8 & Under swimmers sit under the main clubhouse porch. 9 and Up swimmers sit under the pool cabana portico in order to maintain social distancing guidelines. Tents will be provided for overflow. CONCESSIONS: Limited concessions will be provided under the exercise building porch. SEVERE WEATHER PLAN: In the event of severe weather, we will follow SAIL’s Severe Weather Policy. If we clear the deck, everyone will be asked to return to their cars/homes. We will email/text you when swimmers can return to the pool area. (Be sure to download the Swimtopia App and enable notifications for up to date alerts). HEAT SHEETS: Heat sheets will be emailed to the team and posted on our Swimtopia Calendar for each meet. Heat sheets will be posted as soon as they are available. |
